Painting in poor light

I want to paint my skirting and lower doors, where lighting is not so good. What is the best light to use to enable me to see better? I do have good glasses but am 73 so need extra lighting.

You can use a focus light led, is a small thing and you can put it in every position you wish.

The best light for painting is natural light if possible. If not try and have a brighter lamp fitted in the centre light , try and avoid bright spot lights.
