Spoke to Michael and he offered to do the re-felting of my shed the very next day. We knew the weather forecast was good but poor for several following days. He and his team turned up on time and completed the work to my satisfaction and left no mess. My only reason for not giving Michael five stars was his price was a tad high - but he did the job immediately, which has to be worth something!

Workers were helpful and punctual.

The job has been finished. The builder has done wonderful job and finished in two days. This is big surprise for me. The job has been done in an excellent manner and very neat and clean work done. At the end of work cleanliness was done by the builder, no extra pain for me. I would rate him 10 out of 10. I would suggest that if any one want loft conversion, replacement of loft etc he is the builder i would recommend. soft spoken and polite person. He is professional in this job and has good team with him I was not sure he would finish work in two days, rest one day in cleaning the premises. He is very reasonable as for as price is concerned and can compete in the market very well for winning the job. The quality of material used was of good standard. He has left warrantee for over 20 years for the loft and told verbally that in case of any emergencies he would be happy to visit. Work was completed quickly, but the felt was just an inch too short to cover the timber on the edge of the roof. Shame, as the rest of the work wasn't too bad

My garden shed felt was replaced efficently and quickly. Would deffinetly recomend.

Turned up when he said and did the job quickly and properly

Came fixed the leaks on the roof , changed the guttering and put a fence up very happy with work that was carried and would happily use again for future works
