What are references?

When tradespeople first join MyWorkman, they don't have any reviews yet. They can ask up to 2 previous customers to provide references, which appear on their profile clearly marked as references (not reviews from a MyWorkman job). While references are useful, reviews from jobs posted through MyWorkman provide greater peace of mind.
