"I am so pleased with Charlie service. I was told by a few gas engineers I need new a boiler and radiators needed changing and quoted me a high price. charlie came and fixed the boiler and radiators and told me it was an air lock in the system. charlie did recommend a power flush and said I didn't need to do it now have it in the summer when the price is cheaper and he's going to add a filter. will use again Thank You Charlie."

To remove bayonet fitting and cap gas pipe to cooker.
"Charlie,arrived on the same day at the time he said he would (he did not charge for call-out). He said if I were pleased with his quote he would do the job there and then. I was and he did - his price was by far the lowest of the four I received and less than a third of the most expensive. It was a small job which he did well, and safely. One small quibble, he forgot to reignite the pilot light in my boiler, after turning the gas back on, but I did this myself when I realised."

Locate leaking pipe with strong smell
"After having a horrible persistent smell coming from under the floor for over 6 months, I decided to call in a plumber who would be able qto diagnose and fix the problem without having to damaging the floorboards. When they arrived, Charlie and co-worker were very friendly and got on with the work. It ended up being a dead rodent but the dealt with it and even included a few unrelated extras. I will definitely recommend and hire again. "

"We did not employ this company, as although he came on a Sunday and did not charge us call for anything, we felt that the regulations he was quoting was OTT and as we had already spoken with Gas Safe Engineers and not had any of the requests this company were asking so we were unsure and decided against this company, but we cannot verify the work, but pleasant gentleman."
