We were initially established over 15 years ago, and currently employ 10 fully qualified, experienced and insured tradesmen.
At 1st choice renovations we cover all aspects of property services, with no job to big or too small. From leaky taps to complete new build houses. See below for a sample list of works we carry out.
Our aim is to deliver low cost and high quality building services to our customers, in an efficient and friendly manner.
Our hassle free service begins with a free no obligation quotation, which includes a site visit. We aim to e-mail all quotes to our customers with-in 24 hours.
Our quotations are always a fixed price, with no “hidden extras”.
Upon signing of a Federation of Master Builders contract of works, we then allocate a Project Manager to the job. The PM will be the customers “one-point-of-contact” throughout. The PM is contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any queries.
Unlike “one-man-band” outfits, we employ our own tradesmen; we do not use contractors. Each of our building teams include: Builders, Electricians, Plumbers & Labourers. This enables us to provide a lower cost, quicker and more seamless service.
Our staff operates a clean as we go policy. On day 1 of any project all affected areas are protected using dust sheets and/or boarding. At the end of each day, we ensure that our working environment is safe, neat & tidy.
Safety is of paramount importance to us, so we ensure that current health and safety laws are always adhered to.
We have completed many successful projects over the years, and have been highly commended by our customers. We have some excellent references for our customers to check, as well as some reference sites for customers to go and view!
We are fully insured with Public, Private and Employer policies to carry out domestic and commercial works up to £5m.
