Weeding and garden cleaning
"My experience with Arthur was awful. He turned up much earlier than agreed on a Saturday morning. He was to weed our drive and edge our lawn. He "edged" the lawn by ripping grass out by hand. I was working so my wife discussed this and some weeding not being done. Arthur aggressively shouted at her. He repeatedly banged a shovel on our paving for being challenged. He left our lawn a mess and the weeds were back within 2 weeks despite his claims his chemical would stop them for far longer."

Fencing — Leeds · September 2020
two bespoke fences
"Fencing job was 36 ft long by 6 ft high, part of which was on uneven and sloping ground. Wooden posts were replaced with new concrete posts. New lap panels. Trellis fence was 8 ft high by 10 ft wide. Arthur did excellent work on these jobs. Posts and panels were heavy. The Estimates for the two jobs were clearly itemised into labour and the different materials required. Competitive prices – very reasonable. Very satisfied with the work. Strongly recommend. Would use again. "

Re-felt shed roof
"Arthur arrived at the time arranged. He was pleasant, friendly and VERY hard-working. He brought with him all the equipment that he needed & bothered us for nothing - though we did persuade him to have a cuppa in the afternoon. He has done a brilliant job of re-felting the shed-I think the shed is more likely to blow down in another gale than the felt to blow off. Based on the work he has done today I would have no qualms about recommending him to anyone else and would use him again myself"
