Hi. if you dont fix the tiles with adhesive, they will crack again. first time you need to fix the tiles and after that you need to to the grout.
No,that's a bad idea! you need to take out the old tiles,clean the walls and after that retailing.
To paint is it cheaper and the cost for materials as well!
