Hello , it's acutely seems simple i think what they have done , they cross over the pipes by mistake so the water going to fill the wc system could be warm or really hot

Hello , as i can see it's might be very simple consider to what been done before by the other plumbers they have changed what it could possibly cause that fault , but to let you know that i think it's seem to be for me a fault caused by air blockage or heating filling system is low not enough to turn on properly when you using the hot water , after all it would be better if you let me see that issue ,
