Using a combination of employed staff and thoroughly vetted sub-contractors we provide a professionally run service with seamless transitions between trades ensuring your new dream home is built with the minimum amount of fuss and the minimum amount of disruption to you the customer.
All of our tradespeople have the appropriate qualification for their field of expertise and all subscribe to our exacting standards. We only allow the best to work for us.
We understand that having the builders in can be a trying time. By using The Home Extension Company we guarantee that you will always be fully aware of what is happening to your home and when each stage of your build will be completed. We will let you know when it?s going to be messy because sometimes it is, when it?s going to be noisy because again sometimes it is and more importantly when it?s going to be finished.
We will always provide you with an estimate for the work prior to the start of the project and keep you up to date with how the project is going. You will never have any surprise bills and there will not be any hidden extras. In fact you will never be billed a penny more for your project unless we have all agreed, in advance, that the extra funding is required.

The Home Extension Company is run by David Pearce, a time served builder with over 25 years experience. It is his drive and experience that holds the company together. A family man, he believes in the importance of a home that meets a families needs.

From small extensions to large houses we have the resources to ensure that your project can be handled with the utmost professionalism.
We also have the unlimited support of our suppliers whether it be for small scale projects or teaming up for large scale works. Who better to ensure that a job is correctly specified than the manufacturer and supplier of the material that will be used.
We will always ensure that the work carried out will be done with the minimum of fuss. We know that you don't really want to have the builders in so we will endeavor to make the whole experience as painless as possible.
