History:
My name is Billy I have been roofing for over 20 yrs and have much experience as a roofer, my grandad and dad were roofers so me and my brothers took on the trade also. I offer all my customers the most cost effective and honest advice with photographic proof of any problems with there roof or gutters. I also give photos of the start during and after of all my work. I am a proud member of Trust A Trader, I have full five million pound public liability insurance.

It seems that the joint is damaged and would need repair or the flow of the gutter isn't correct or there possibly isn't enough gutter support brackets.
All depending on structures of existing timbers and the type of tile you wish to replace the existing roof with. its always best to get a detailed report with no hidden costs after work commences.
