"The tradesman was a lovely guy and worked hard uplifting old tiles and laying laminate,however I was getting the hall ,livingroom and stairs done .The paintwork is atrocious, I spent 5 hours trying to remove paint from the new flooring .I also got a new bannister and handrail , neither were sanded before painting and basically I need the whole thing ripped out and redone. The finish of the flooring is terrible and there are quite a lot of scratches and rivets in it . 2 new doors damaged too ! "
