“Wanted roof refelting and suggested a waterproof paint that lasted 10 years. Came on day charged £140 and painted roof with what I now know was just adhesive so she'd still leaking spending 30 minutes doing the job that cost me more than what refelting would have cost. Advised inflated price was due to paying £40 for him getting my contact details. Had a specialist look at it and advised Had a very cheap tin of adhesive applied that is used to apply felt. Not recommended.
