Short answer is no the mould would just come back through, use some mould and anti fungal solution to remove the mould and allow it to dry naturally, then if you have poor ventilation in the bathroom i would recommend using permawhite paint on the ceiling, this will guarantee that no mould will come back through for 8 years, mould usually comes when relative humidity reaches 70%.
Hi either gloss or satin wood will both be fine to use on your doors, gloss has a high sheen level and satin has a crisp white finish with a low sheen level.(personal like satinwood looks more classie)
when prepping always rub down the wood work with sand paper this will remove the sheen and lightly put small scratched onto the substrate for so the paint will adhere, don't forget your under coat. if you need more info just look for me on myworkman src painting and decorating
I would recommend white washing the wall first so the blue dose not bleed through
