"Very nice and professional workman. They discussed my options and were dependable"

"Jack and his co worker did an excellent job on my shed.they were here on time and never complained about working in the wet weather !"

"Work carried out promptly with good communication. "

"Be very wary! Agreed price and dates. First part was to demolish and remove shed and lay a few base slabs for new summerhouse. Having agreed dates, i purchased my new summerhouse online. Didn't turn up on due date and then gave me another date to demolish shed. Didn't turn up then either and then ignored my emails and phone calls. Summerhouse has now been delivered and I am now having to find someone else to do the work. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Don't employ them!"

"We are so pleased with the work Hawk property have done for us. The base for our large shed was perfect and the guys worked non stop. They were so good we got them back to install the shed we had ordered and again they worked constantly. They were on time, lovely guys and did a great job. Having them back to improve on the quality of shed we ordered as they will change the roof. Highly recommend them. Thanks again. We were let down by previous company so great to find 2 guys who work so well. "

"Replaced felt on roof today. All good; efficient and appears a good work. "

"Replaced roofing felt on large shed Contacted the company in the morning Job was done by mid afternoonThe lads arrived promptly and were very polite They did an excellent job Tidied up and removed all waste. All for a really good price I have another job in mind and would not hesitate to use Hawk Property Maintenance again "

"Would definitely recommend these guys and will have them back for more work ."

"BE WARY. Not impressed with these guys. First part of job was done to a good standard, however when it came to replacing path and extending they done there own thing which was building me a patio area and because as they stated, we would need to have dug the ground to get it level and hired a skip, my garden is an eyesore. Now having to get the job re-done at my own expense. Grout is meant to be grey which i paid for but it's just sand and cement with NO grey which is all coming away. AVOID"

"Lay the patio I wanted, 2 days later 4 slabs are loose and 1 is sinking. Left dangerous pallet outside that they were supposed to remove and never got a refund on hard-core they ordered that was incorrect. Advised me they would come out and fix issues and have ignored all my texts and phonecalls. Be careful of these guys"

"Great job replacing the felt on our shed roof. Considerate workers who went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend."

"Jak and Mark arrived on time to give quote. Started job on time and worked very hard and skilfully. Finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with finished 2 x patio areas and relayed garden path. I would recomend them but you need to keep them fed with rolls on sausage. 2 good friendly workers"

"Guys arrived bang on time and dropped tools off to then go pick up timber. Bit of a delay as the guys were let down for timber. Soon back on track and didnt stop all day until complete. The shed they were repairing for me is in a bit of disrepair, but the guys have worked their magic and shed is now water tight again. Good lads, very polite, tidy and good workmanship. No complaints."
