About Us:
Hello, my name is Duncan and I run omega finishing plastering. Omega means finish, and I aim for my jobs to always have a quality finish as this is what matters most.
I have been working alongside some very good plasterers in the ten years I have been working as a plasterer and have made my style very sharp and can consistently produce excellent results. I decided to become a sole trader recently because of the freedom of being able to work whatever hours myself and the customer agree with as I like to get work done quickly so I chose to work for myself so I can do longer hours amongst many other reasons.
I will keep your property tidy and work hard to get your job done in good timing. I always apply two coats and don't cut corners, and I can assure you the finished article will endure.

History:
I have been a plasterer now since 2010 and I thoroughly enjoy the work that I do. I am a start up company, a sole trader, I have been a subcontractor for years previously to this and I’ve understood the benefits that come from being self employed far outweigh the benefits of working for somebody else. My work is nearly always emaculate or at the very least done to a high satisfactory standard and I will bring that work ethic into whatever house I am working on.
I mainly just cover all manner of plastering work such as boarding and skimming walls and ceilings and hallways and lifts etc etc. I can reskim a property which means to skim over existing material or I could board somewhere out and then skim it. I deal with bonding areas that need path work and skimming over them. I deal with all t basic plastering work.

Other:
I have a level one certificate with city and guilds in plastering, I’m currently at college to get the certificates under my belt so that I can go and work on site easily as regulations have changed whereby to work on a commercial site one needs an NVQ.
