I left school at 15 and and worked on a building site as a Labourer At 17 I’ve got a roofing apprenticeship with my first firm at the age of 22 I started my own business LC Roofing i’ve been in the building trade for more than 45 years so have loads of experience also my two sons work with me who have worked with me since the age of 15 Who are also dedicated roofers We deal with all types of roofs from general repairs to major re-Ferb’s we deal with all types of roofs from general repairs to major refurbishments from flat roofs to pitched roofs.

No it should be fine as long as the drip edges have been done correctly you should be able to replace the fascia boards with out disturbing the the top mineral coated layer
As long as it is an up and over roof with no hips valleys or apexes or dormers the cost to re-felt batten and tile the roof would average of around £4500
You will need an under cloak of the size of 1200 mm x 150 mm
