I started decorating in 2008 which involved refurbishment of factory's, at this time I had no qualifications in decorating but found I had a real passion for the trade so I put my self through college level 2 since then I worked for a company which I gained more experience and then went on to build I business which I put on hold to have a fam and worked for a company for a couple of years and recently I'm starting back up my self has my child is a bit older now

I think what ur referring to are called tram lines, the best way i find to solve this is to spread the paint out in a w shape be sure to lay thick edges off by rollering outwards lightly, if this is a freshly plastered ceiling the paint will dry really quick so will need to keep moving and try keep a wet edge, hope this helps
