"Jay and his team were beyond professional in putting in a new ceiling in my kitchen. Did an excellent job at a very competitive price. On top of doing a perfect job for my ceiling, he even helped me with replacing some broken tiles in my bathroom for free, with his own material and similar tiles he had in his van. I will certainly be using his services for more work and would recommend him to everyone out there."

"Jay is all talk. His communication is sporadic & mainly in emojis. I didn’t receive any promised quotes / receipts. He clearly took on a job that was way above his skill level and tried to blag his way through. We mutually agreed he should leave on day 2 after he turned up an hour later than expected, unequipped & unprepared. He agreed that what he’d done so far was below standard. I would not trust him with anything important. His mistakes have cost us in time & money."

"Jay gave me a reasonable price for this work. He and his brother were well mannered, friendly and hardworking. They removed my bathtub, replaced it with a walk in shower, installed a power pump and necessary pipes and retiled the wall. They've included some small details that made my bathroom look nice and neat and also connected the power pump to a switch to prevent unnecessary use. They've done a fine job and I'm quite pleased."

"Jay in particular was brilliant, professional & kind throughout. His brother Khadir was also very nice & professional. I couldn't be happier with the work they carried out, working non stop for 2 days flat, producing a high standard in every aspect. It's very likely I will ask Jay to re-fit my very old laminate flooring in a few months' time. It took me ages to find good honest professional hard working workman who offers true value for money, am very glad I found them. Thank you Jay & Khadir."

"Very good and professional "

"I hired Jaymanzi in January 2021 to fit my bathroom and he did a shoddy job. I called him every month to come and refit the poorly mounted radiator and the poorly fit toilet cistern which is now causing my whole house to smell but he never turned up. This is now the 8th month and I knew he will never turn up. I will never recommend him to anyone so that nobody will go through what I experienced. I now have to think about getting someone else to correct the poor job he did which will cost me."

"Jay came and gave me a fair quote to replace 2 radiators and channel the pipes under the floor that was concrete. We had 2 other plumbers come around to give a quote but never heard back from them. "Both of these young men worked extremely hard on a most difficult job lowering the floor of our shower and the end result is amazing. They also re-laid the entire bathroom floor. Can't rate them too highly. Just waiting for them to finish a small portion of grouting on the floor that they overlooked."
