Hi it depends if board is made of plastic or metal, and if rcds are fitted
Around £70 if you have a consumer unit with rcds fitted, probably nearer £100 if a rcd socket required
£60 to supply and fit
Would have to see and test circuit, but sounds like wrong size of circuit breaker or there is a fault with cooker
If it’s a fuse box i would recommend replacing. if it a circuit breaker board you maybe able to fit rcds in place of mcbs. all new circuits are to be protected by rcds. so if you are replacing cables in kitchen they will need to be rcd protected
