So long as you put a 'key' in the oil paint by lightly sanding all areas you will not have an issue.
I would recommend sanding the doors, applying an oil-based undercoat and then finish with an oil-based satinwood paint. leave plenty of time for the undercoat to fully dry.
You can paint over matt emulsion with a satinwood or gloss, however it will dull the sheen of the finishing paint.
