About Us:

With over 20 years experience in the general building trade I have gathered contacts that allows me to arrange cost effective renovation, refurbishments and every day home and commercial updating.
Personally I trained in painting and decorating but as I gained experience I gained excellent contacts and can take care of various trades that need filling.

History:

Started decorating pubs at 16 and loved it so started a YTS where I learned a lot before being given a pub decorating business by a family friend. M Holleran LTD in South London. That was in 91.

Worked with Brendan Gillan a general builder and gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge from him. I then continued to develop and sell my own properties and progressed to manage pub refurbishments with two major breweries. I work with army guys and well seasoned tradesmen. But am eager to get a business sorted where your work is affordable and can be paid incrementally. Times are tough, who can afford 3k to fix a leak these days. I have tools to do lots of jobs as well and will help men get back to work.

Other:

Qualified through training in Clapham Junction YTS .
Years of pub renovations
Experience with a general builder and Carpenter
Experience in personal property development and with 2 breweries.

Personally i would not use this product.
as a trained decorator i would open up the crack to give more room and get rid of loose bits.
mix up some good old fashioned polycell and apply with a filler knife. use a wet sponge to clear away excess and make it neat.

once dry, next day usually you can lightly sand with a fine grain sandpaper. then paint over.

i have seen in new builds where people paint over the crack and just use a silicone over that but you need to use something you can paint over.

cracks will appear it’s a natural thing but if done correctly will look great.
using a mixed poly filler you can fix broken corners, give a room a proper corner and edges. can’t do that with a made substance in a tube really.
these were invented to save time on big jobs. filling can be a big job sometimes.
