As an example of cost to you for 10 panels of fencing with wooden posts-

6ft lap panels (10 x £28.50 = £285

3 inch posts (9 x £10 = £90)

1.5 concrete bags post mix per post (14 x £6.50 = £91)

installation of new fencing and disposal of old fencing (8 x £50 = £400)

total cost for 10 panels supplied and fitted = £866

Yes. you can paint the 3d self adhesive foam tiles and i recommend you to use a high quality water based paint.
