Brush or roller for painting interior doors?

Depending on the condition of the door, it will vary on the amount of coats needed. an old door will beer painted with a brush first to fix small worn parts alongside filler then the second coat with a roller to create a smooth layer

Cost to remove old shed bricks and garden waste

I would need to see the actual amount of waste then i could measure if it would all fit in the van. depending on the number of trips is dependent on price

Bumpy, stretch mark looking plaster

The person who has done it hasn't done it properly. the person plastering must ensure they have carried out the correct steps in preparing the plaster and mixing it. they must apply it smoothly with the right tools. in this occasion the plasterer hasn't done that so it will need to be re done

Do handymen typically do flatpack pick up from IKEA?

They would do for a reasonable price
