Damp work required
"I wouldn't use his services again if my life depended on it, he took several jobs from me, he promised to book access with the tenants and for nearly two weeks i did nothing. When i contacted him he made excuses and said he would contact he tenant, a week later still nothing, no communication nothing, i would not recommend him full stop"
