No it’s due to age we can fix it
Drain off all radiators and refill those or take air valve out from valve
1: we can fix it by opening shower and have to check the seals in shower

Yes we have to use remove existing paint and use primer and then we can repaint it
Remove the paint from wall and use adhesive for wallpaper or make markes on wall to make wallpaper to stick with wall
