Yes you should use prime after repair. repainting again won't solve the problem.
Holes in the wall must be filled with a more durable material than polyfil . you can use for instance polyester resin .
The wall must be cleaned of old paint and primed
Currently, we have suitable paints for bathrooms without the need for thin down
We fit new door frame before plastering and skimming.
