Toilet noise
There is a loose fitting or worn out washer in the cistern intake valve that is allowing air to enter the system when water is demanded by the toilet.
Pipes banging while no water is being used.
There is a pocket of air trapped in the water pipe somewhere, it will be located at the high points of the pipe system, due to the pipe potentially being shared with neighbour it may be located in part of the pipework that is under the floor.
