Utopia Construction is an established company with fixed address, with loyal, trustworthy, competent friendly tradesmen. Utopia Construction can take any project from conception to completion. We can guide you through planning producing detailed plans, dealing with all building control design and specifications along with all other professional issues that may arise. Our most resent developments have been a conversion of a pub into 4 apartments, a refurbishment of a bungalow, a conversion of a fire damaged building into 14 apartments, a conversion of a forma miners hall into two apartments and caravan storage to the rear and a conversion of a 30 bed care home into 20 luxury apartments.
We are also constantly carrying out numerous other smaller jobs such as new bathrooms, kitchens, patios, decorating, plastering, extensions, pluming and electrical installation etc. Full references and pictures are available along with inspection of previous jobs if required.
