I am happy that Dave came to my rescue and took over the process of remodeling my bathroom, as I had no clue how to handle it. I gave him the keys to the house and let him do the work. If he needed to make me aware of a problem, he waited for me in the evening to explain and suggested a solution. He stayed calm when he had to break the floor.
