Remove around 20 bricks on staircase down to cellar and replace in advance of specialist tanking. 2. In advance of a specialist water drainage system being installed, dig out and create a sump to house a pump and dig out and create a perimeter rebate taking water to the sump. Detailed instructions for both pieces of work would be provided by Stonehouse
