Our job was slabbing fencing and heavy ground work. After being let down by two workman we arranged for Jacob to come and see the work required. 7.00 o'clock in the morning he came because he was busy. We explained the work required and he discussed everything with us and he suggested a few amendments which were agreed. The one that needs replacing has a hole cut in it to accommodate a section of guttering. Work to be done soon if possible. I work non-standard hours; most likely to be in on Thursdays, Sundays or weekday mornings.
