Looking for someone to install laminate flooring in my lounge. Room size is 4.5 x 5 metres. 22.5 square metre. The laminate, underlay and beading will be purchased by myself beforehand so only requiring someone to lay it all. One door threshold, no radiator pipes to cut around and no awkward angles. Hi, I’m laying click LVT to the kitchen and hallway. I’ve had to take up the old square tiles as they were coming loose. They’ve been put down using a bitchemen. I’ve not sanded this as it does contain small traces of asbestos. The patch I initially used self levelling compound worked fine. I need help laying 3mm of self levelling compound. I’m just not quick enough on my own and it sets quickly. Willing to pay a days rate. I guess it’s a two - three hour or so job.
