He was quick to provide a quotation and even came the next day to do the job. However, he didn't finish the job ! We commissioned him to remove a shed (that part he did) and the railway sleepers the shed was built on. He left one sleeper behind; we promptly told him about it but he never came back to finish the job, despite trying multiple times to get in touch. Now he has even stopped answering our messages and calls. Not recommended.

I provided another opportunity to do the job and obtained a response stating, "What a cheek". I've now received some quotes from what seem to be reliable and customer orientated organisations, which I'm expecting one of to do the work.
