Requested I provide photos of the work required which I sent and received a prompt quote which I accepted. Appointment made to have the work done the following day. Understandably rearranged by a few hours due to weather but let me know in good time and turned up promptly for new appointment. Roof re-felted as required plus new fascias (an extra job I added at the last minute). Good job done quickly and everything cleared away afterwards. Very satisfied.

I should have offered to pay for his fuel as he travelled quite a distance. Glad to say I will use him now all the packages have arrived.
