Concrete safe in corner to be boxed in (not possible to have it removed). 3. Small parts of wall and ceiling to be sorted ready for plastering.

It was very useful that they could do a range of jobs we required, This included removal of a safe concreted into the floor, reflooring and preparing walls, electrical and plumbing work. I have done a lot of work on a basement conversion (underpinning, damp proofing, plumbing, electrics, stud wall, insulation, plasterboard), but I want some help getting over the line (within 6 weeks) on some remaining jobs: 1) Final bits of stud wall + insulation + plasterboard + tape seams + fit 3 radiators 2) Fit a couple of skylights and a small amount of felt and baton + tiling + lead flashing + external render 3) Build a support for a pair of overhead beams and then build a set of stairs. 4) Self level cement for flooring. 5) Decorating Happy to receive offers for either the whole lot, parts, or contract on a daily basis.
