I have a number of rental properties in Luton all of which require repairs from time to time. At present I have a house near the airport where the following work is required: 1. Fix hinge on kitchen cupboard. 2. Put up bathroom towel rail and bathroom cabinet. 3. Replace flooring in bathroom. 4. Fill and plaster a small hole in the bathroom ceiling. 5 Regrout bathroom windowsill tiles. 6Replace kitchen door handle. 7Hang new bathroom and new bedroom doors. There is also other work to be done at this and other properties if the above work is done successfully.

A fascia needed replacing and a washing machine needed to be moved,he gave advice on both and he carried out the whole job without any fuss. We also needed a boiler and water softner boxed in and Norkin made a floor to ceiling cupboard which also has shelves for storage, and also made an inset for the empty wall unit from the old boiler which has been really useful. Norik was on time and worked in the most aweful weather conditions without complaint. We will be using Norkin again.
