The client requires a stair rail to be provided and fitted to her top flight of stairs (2nd floor flat) on the right side ascending, a 18" grab rail to be provided and fitted to the inside wall of the shower over bath, angling upwards at ~30 degrees toward front of bath so that she can utilise it at different levels for stepping over, getting down into and getting back out of the bath; and installation of a jar opener (to be delivered) under the cabinet like this one:(https://www.completecareshop.co.uk/household-aids/kitchen-gadgets/undo-it-bottle-opener). Andrew was prompt in his initial response to our request. He coordinated his assessment quickly and provided us with a variety of options for materials for the stair rails and grab rails. He was patient and stayed in communication with us while waiting for other pieces of work to be done prior to being able to bring him back out to complete the installation of rails.
