The current tap does not allow you to regulate the temperature of the water, so we're getting scalding hot water. We'd like someone to fit a correct tap for our shower/bath. We're happy to buy the equipment beforehand if needed, but would need guidance on what to purchase.

I gave him the contract to paint the house, he started the work but then in the end he slacked and started telling me that his boss wants him back to work and he will come and finish the work on the weekend. He said he is honest man and not like other builders, so I paid him the full money. He also advised me to buy tiles for the kitchen and he will install them. In good faith I trusted him and bought the tiles, he never turned up and didnt even reply to any of my calls or messages.
