I hired Mike to fit a part-bespoke kitchen into a restricted space (kitchen units, worktop, plumbing, electrics and plastering, moved boiler) What he did was brilliant and I am so pleased with it. He really got the aesthetics of it right. I also appreciated that he did not patronise me as a woman (other builders have). He works hard and is fast and highly proficient at all the trades. A good problem solver with imagination which was what I needed. I wish I had found him earlier.

Master Bedroom wardrope depth is 58cm you used 32cm depth and a railing for hanger depth of 14cm. please how will a clothe hanger fit. You didnt bother to test the clothe hanger. Please do artisan cut wood inside a house? you cut wood inside my room and left it unclean? you made a mess of my toilets, mess up my house & i paid full

The current square wooden base which the boiler sits on in the boiler cupboard is not stable, as the wood has become water damaged. A new base is needed. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced

He was prompt in his communications and did what I asked of him & also kindly inspected & gave advice on a separate issue with my shower & more generally on the plumbing.
