Side garage door needs replacing with a new, external wooden door. I have bought the replacement door which has already been painted with primer, I have the hinges and will provide a handle / locking mechanism which’ll also need attaching to the door. The door frame is generally fine but the bottom door stop needs replacing as it has been damaged - photos can be provided for more info. Looking to have this fitted ASAP as have already been let down by a carpenter for the job.

The current square wooden base which the boiler sits on in the boiler cupboard is not stable, as the wood has become water damaged. A new base is needed. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced
