The wooden steps to back yard is rotten and needs replacing. This consist of 2 steps leading to the back door. The door opens outwards onto the step and you step down to a concrete floor. Each step is 170mm high and 1020mm wide. The top step forms a platform that is 1000mm deep. The second step to the concrete floor is 260mm wide. The boiler will be removed and replaced on the same day as the base is fitted. So a morning slot will be needed for the carpentry as the existing boiler will be removed in the morning and the new boiler fitted after the base has been replaced
