In the written quote hereafter hanging 1200 lining paper was after and in the same sentence as skimming ceiling which he said meant only lining the ceiling, contradicting our verbal agreement/phonecall. During job I mentioned what I expected and he never cautioned me that he hadnt included lining walls until the last day. BIG WARNING: Get every minute detail in writing!Also charged additionals without being warned.
