I wish all of my tradesmen were as professional as Simon. 7:59am every day he would pull up into the driveway. His team was here for two weeks. Plastered, painted, added skirting board in my spare bedroom, landing, and stairway. They also, last minute, added coving when I asked them too. They also ripped up old carpet, sorted a leak, and a few other things. There are not enough characters in the feedback form but honestly HIRE HIM. YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED!

I need someone to replaster two walls (one with a big window in the middle) and a sloping ceiling. One wall is 2.4m long. Height of ceiling at lowest point is 1.71m, at highest point 2.67m. The smaller, window wall is 2.25m wide, at a height of 1.71m. If it's not going to be much more expensive, I may get the other two walls skimmed as well....

Ian quoted very promptly on the work I required, as he quoted a good price work started quickly. Ian was always punctual and got the job finished within the original timescale quoted. Ian has a very friendly nature and was also extremely trustworthy and professional. The job consisted of plastering, painting and fitting new skirting boards and all work was completed to a high standard. I would certainly contact Ian for any further work I may have in the future.

There was a serious leak from the upstairs bathroom in the ceiling of the kitchen. In order to find the source of the leak, we had to knock down part of the ceiling. All the woodwork and plaster were completely sodden and had to be pulled out. So there is now a large gaping gap. Its likely that the whole ceiling will need to be replaced. The ceiling area is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 meters
