He is lazy; he does everything with the minimal effort and doesn’t care whether it makes sense or not. Workmanship is unacceptable. Wonky walls, leaking radiators, pipes. Everything fell off-dado rails, skirting boards, ceiling lamps and roses, radiators, floor! Company is not registered, no insurance, no gas safe register

Not sure what happened with previous comment but with us they were always on time arriving 10 mn before agreed time.
