The quality of the work and attention to detail was second to none and they even finished off some work previous tradesmen had done and repaired a couple of things ! two bedrooms wood walls needs to be removed and replaced with plaster board and two concrete walls on either side need to be skimmed. I just want the rooms prepped so I can have them ready to be painted myself. Removing wallpaper from the internal wooden walls proved to be difficult and it would be much easier to just replace these with plasterboard. Removing the wallpaper from the concrete walls in the same rooms also started to take off the plaster so just wants that removed and skimmed again.

The other ceiling is the hallway, which is a small space as its a small terraced property. I have removed the fireplace, the hole just needs to be closed up and skimmed, space 2-3sqm max

There was a serious leak from the upstairs bathroom in the ceiling of the kitchen. In order to find the source of the leak, we had to knock down part of the ceiling. All the woodwork and plaster were completely sodden and had to be pulled out. So there is now a large gaping gap. Its likely that the whole ceiling will need to be replaced. The ceiling area is approximately 1.5 x 1.5 meters
