Suddenly the cold water stopped running in the bathtub/shower only, while it is OK in the rest of the house.There is a pressure reducer on that pipe. Either the building cold water pressure has dropped, the pressure reducer is failing, or tenants have damaged the tap.I am looking for somebody who pops to see the problem and report the damage to me. Eventually I would need to replace the tap/cartridge, replace the pressure reducer, or to fix whatever the damage is. Please provide the visit cost and hourly quotes.SE5 area.
Henry did a survey for a water issue in my bathtub, and that was done well. While removing the MDF panel of the bathtub, he damaged. It seems he throw it away while it could be repaired. He promised me he would have brought a new panel, but he never did. He didn't even release a payment receipt.
