I need to be install a saniflo toilet and washing basin in one of my bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The toilet will be under the gas boiler. There are cold and hot water pipes and wastage pipe 32mm. The boiler is in small cabin which has to be extended with about half meter and to be made with noise insulated walls. I need to discuss with a plumber what kind of saniflo macerator and toilet to buy before the job to be started. I think that the best way is the plumber to come and see what job has to be done or I can send pictures. Thank you for looking my advert!

Hello there. My partner and I recently bought our first home. It's a mid-terraced, 1950s ex council house in Knowle, Bristol. The bathroom has been converted to a disabled wet-room. It's a really poor job and there is an electric automatic pump to pump the shower water out. Basically we would like a bath installed and the current drain capped off. With a new drain installed for the bath. The drainage (I believe) runs to the back of the house. The bathroom is at the front so I am thinking the waste pipe runs under a concrete floor. Basically we have no idea and really would love someone friendly and helpful to help us out or at least tell us what we could do please. I hope this makes sense.

Really nice guys, probably tried really hard... Unfortunately left us with a bathroom pretty much unusable. Everything is leaking, scratched, put the wrong way around or wonky, not fixed to the wall properly... We're basically having to redo everything ourselves. We paid them cash, send them a long messaged when we realised all the issues in the bathroom so they could come fix it or at least give us a partial refund but we never heard back. Highly recommend never using!

Sink and kitchen taps both run hot, and the shower, so its not a problem with the boiler/hot water. Bath tap is a mixer tap, but even if you don’t turn the cold water on then the hot still doesn’t get very hot. Happy to have a new one fitted if that will fix the problem, don’t like the current tap anyway!

An old gate valve on a pipe that is part of my central heating system is corroded and leaking. The valve is part of an earlier heating system installation and i don't think it is even needed with my current combi boiler... So it can be replaced or removed. The leak is small but causing pressure loss in the system. The valve looks too corroded to be repaired but perhaps this is also possible.
