The plastic water pipers were left exposed in my son's bedroom with expanding foam not been done properly and was left half sealed around the gaps to pipes with sealant mess left on the laminated floor. A day later large brown watermarks appeared on the kitchen ceiling. The next day there was heard water dripping from the boiler. We called out the gas board and they turned off the boiler. No hot water/central heating.
