Rake out and repoint gable end wall using lime mortar. The house is a two story Victorian villa built of London stock bricks. There is a hole which may previously have had a grill vent that needs to be put right. I have taken lots of photos that can be sent. The land adjoining belongs to a school, allowing easy access, but only during the school holidays.

This firm came and waterproofed an outside wall to stop damp coming in on 28 April 2023. Completed the job ok and promised to send a 10 year guarantee (for which I have written proof). After 6 months and several emails and excuses later I have still not received this and he is no longer replying to them. Be very wary if you employ this person
