We are buying a house and want to know how much it will cost to fix the roof when we get in there in a few months. The survey showed up damp underboarding and some other damage to the roof covering but is not specific enough and we need to make sure we can afford it! The owner has now put airbricks in to improve the ventilation that caused the main damage.
